The San Gwann Scouts Group is organizing its Annual General Meeting on Friday 23^rd March 2012 at the San Gwann Band Club. Details can be found below:

-       Meeting Time: 18.15pm

-       At 18.30 the Group will be holding a presentation regarding matters and efforts made for better HQ premises.

-       The Group’s financial report will be presented.

-       Each section will give a short presentation on its activities.

-       A new Group Council will be elected.

-       An investiture ceremony will be held.

-       The 2012 Annual Subscriptions will be collected.

Since a new Group Council will need to be elected, past, current and prospective members are kindly asked to fill in the nomination form (attached) and hand it over to the GSL at the beginning of the AGM. We strongly encourage newcomers to come forward and not be shy! More information about the council can be found in our website www.sangwannscouts.org, or else you may ask any question that you may have to the GSL, Section Leaders, or present council members.

It is of utmost importance that ALL parents attend this meeting. Children are to attend in FULL UNIFORM.

No weekly meetings will be held on the day.
